Welcome to the Refreshing Outreach Ministries website.  We are an anointed ministry seeking to win souls for Jesus Christ.  The ministry was founded October 5, 2008 in Des Moines, Iowa.  Pastor Greg Harris is founder of the ministry.  Our endeavor is to reach one soul at a time, to encourage, and equip them to know how much God really loves them.  The Refreshing Outreach Ministry is a ministry of faith, love, and deliverance.
